Cestrum nocturnum or Night Blooming Jasmine is a fragrant resilient, easy to grow, semi-tropical flowering shrub with a fast, bushy upright growth habit maturing well above 6 feet in height within the recommended Zone Range.

It is a cyclical and prolific bloomer, producing abundant clusters of small, flared tubules of green tinted yellow to white flowers. The blooms open at dusk and emit an intensely sweet, exotic fragrance throughout the evening, are nectar rich and attractive to a wide variety of pollinators.

Night Blooming Jasmine is easy to grow, quick to establish and a great choice for novice gardeners Night Blooming Jasmine is recommended for outdoor locations and is not suitable for growing in the average indoor growing space.

Important Grower's Note: This plant is a member of the Cestrum genus and not a true Jasmine. It is called a Jasmine or Jessamin due to the similar intensely sweet fragrance and tubular shape of the flower. It is strictly an ornamental decorative plant.
