At Emerald Goddess Gardens we appreciate our customers, so we offer a rewards program to show that appreciation. Points are awarded on a 1 to 1 basis; for every dollar you spend you receive 1 reward point. Your accumulated points can be redeemed in increments of 100, and you can view your total earned in the rewards points box at the right, (note: you must be logged in), or by logging in to your account. Each 100 points earned is good for $10 off your next order total. Note: You must sign up for an account in order to redeem your rewards points.

Due to the perishable nature of the product, and the number of factors that are beyond our control, returns and exchanges are not accepted. In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged in shipping, we will, at our option, either refund or replace your plant(s). Within 30 days of your purchase you may receive a replacement for any reason and you will only be charged the cost of shipping and handling.
Shipping Damage:
Some minor damage in shipping is to be expected.
A few branches may get broken.
It’s ok, they will grow back.
Some leaves may turn yellow and fall off.
It’s ok. They will grow back.
A few spots may appear from being in the carton.
It’s ok, light and air will cure it.
Shipping problems are rare, but do happen occasionally. The cost of insurance is included in your shipping and handling fee. Please notify us immediately if your plants do not arrive in good condition. The problem will be handled quickly and courteously, but it is important that you let us know the day the shipment arrives. We may need pictures. You will not be required to return the plant.
