Bon Tempe is a Fancy Exotic Hybrid Class of Tropical Hibiscus.

The flowers of Bon Tempe are extra large, classic, fancy in a range of bright, vibrant colors with a vivid hot pink body with a darker pink defined eye, lined by a butter yellow ruffled outer edge.

The gorgeous flowers are born on a full branching bush cloaked in dense dark green leaves.

Generally exotic hibiscus are best grown as potted plants. However, Bon Tempe has a moderately strong root system, grows well on its own roots and can be used in the tropical landscape wdh caution. The primary concerns when planting in the landscape is protection for direct, hot, afternoon sun, providing supplemental irrigation, spraying to prevent pest and fungus, and protecting from cold.

Condition: One (1) Well rooted, starter size plant w/ 4 inch diameter root zone. Plant will be a minimum of about 4 to 8 inches tall and unlikely to have bloom or bud at the time of shipping. May be shipped bare, wrapped root ball w/o pot.
