Jasminimum nitidum (formerly Jaminimum Illicifolium) is commonly called Star, Shining or Windmill Jasmine.

This jasmine has been a favorite foundation planting in the tropics and semi tropics for several decades. It is quick to establish, a prolific warm season bloomer, tough , resilient and reasonably drought tolerant once well established. Matures as a large rounded bush generally, but will occasionally put out long streaming limbs that will wrap and climb.

Star Jasmine grows in a wide range of soil conditions and has few pests. It is visually interesting with prolific bright, white flowers, and a ver6 light, pleasant scent.

Condition: One (1) Well rooted, starter size plant w/ 4 inch diameter root zone. Plant will be a minimum of about 6 to 8 inches tall and unlikely to have bloom or bud at the time of shipping. M
