Brugmansia's are large-growing, tree-like, flowering tropical shrubs that produce unique, large, upside-down hanging, trumpet-shaped blooms that are fragrant at night. In tropical climates, mature plants will cycle into bloom several times throughout the warm season.

Wiehler Gold produces majestic golden yellow flowers in the classic giant trumpet shape of this species. The blooms of this plant are often double or triple layered and complex and have a light powdery scent. It is an upright grower that stays relatively small, maturing at 6 to 10 feet. It is a cubensis hybrid introduced by Dorothea Langenberg introduced in 2006.

Brugmansias lend a very romantic, elegant look and feel to any garden. The fragrance is most intense at night, so near the pool, patio, porch, or any other area where you spend time outdoors in the evening is a good placement. Take care to plant brugmansia out of reach of children and pets when placing it in the landscape.

Condition: One (1) well-rooted, starter-size plant with an approximate 4-inch-diameter root zone. Plant will be a minimum of about 6 to 12 inches tall and have no blooms or buds on arrival.
