Hibiscus rosa seninsis, or Tropical Hibiscus, is a flowering tropical shrub with many cultivars and hybrids. These range from tough, resilient plants suitable for various landscape uses to delicate hothouse prizes that require special care. Whipped Cream falls in the middle of that scale.

It is a beautiful Hybrid, Fancy, Exotic type that produces larger and more complex flowers, colors, and patterns. The flower of Whipped Cream is a classic, large, five-petaled single in shades of creamy white with slightly ruffled edges, a soft raspberry pink throat, and a long cream-colored, pollen-tipped stamen. They unfurl from the bud slowly over a few days and last a day or two when fully open.

It grows successfully on its own roots and does not require grafting, but it performs best as a well-tended potted plant located in partial afternoon shade.

Condition: This product is one (1) young, starter-sized plant intended for a gardener to grow to its mature size. You may expect a starter-size plant to be well-rooted, have a root zone of approximately 4 inches in diameter, be a minimum of about 6 to 8 inches tall, and have no blooms or buds on arrival. It may be shipped with or without a pot, as appropriate.

Plants are guaranteed to arrive in healthy, viable condition. This warranty is contingent upon the Seller receiving prompt notification of any issues or concerns with the plant\'s condition or appearance.
