Clerondendrum ugandense or Blue Butterfly Bush is a fast growing semi tropical perennial with a loose, sprawling growth habit which blooms in panicles of individual, uniquely shaped blue flowers that resemble butterflies.

It is easy to grow and quick to establish. Plant it along a fence line, against a trellis or as a flowing free form bush.

Blue Butterfly Bush is semi-tropical and recommended for USDA Zones 8B, 9, 10, 11. However, in Zone 8B it should be planted early in the season and protected from cold until very well established.

Condition: One (1) Well rooted, starter size plant with an approximate 4 inch diameter root zone.
