Bon Tempe is a Fancy Exotic Hybrid Class of Tropical Hibiscus.

The flowers of Bon Tempe are extra large, classic, fancy in a range of bright, vibrant colors with a vivid hot pink body with a darker pink defined eye, lined by a butter yellow ruffled outer edge.

The gorgeous flowers are born on a full branching bush cloaked in dense dark green leaves.

Generally exotic hibiscus are best grown as potted plants. However, Bon Temp has a moderately strong root system, grows well on its own roots and can be used in the tropical landscape with caution. The primary concerns when planting in the landscape is protection for direct, hot, afternoon sun, providing supplemental irrigation, spraying to prevent pest and fungus, and protecting from cold. However, it does perform better, and is generally easier to maintain as a potted plant.

Product is a live plant sold for ornamental use only. Not subject to California Proposition 65 Warning Label Requirements. Incidental components such as potting media and packaging are labeled on the package as may be required when shipped to California.
