Brugmansias, or Angels Trumpets mature as large multi stemmed tree-like flowering tropical shrubs that bloom in cycles of large, upside down hanging, trumpet shaped flowers that are highly fragrant at night.

They are easy, and rewarding to grow, make interesting garden specimens and can lend a romantic, elegant, and exotic look and attract butterflies and hummingbirds as well. Generally they come in shades of pink, peach, white and yellow, and will bloom 2-3 times yearly, in unpredictable cycles driven by temperature and light.

Piroschka is seedling from Super Rose by Dorothea Langenberg introduced around 2007 which produces an abundance of big, long lasting, floral scented, rose pink to peach single blooms with a lovely ruffled edge, and sharp, well defined belled points with unusually long whiskers.

It is bushy, upright grower, cloaked in pointed oval leaves with distinct veining. Piroschka is a bit slow to mature and set the first flowers, but when it does, it is amazing. Brugmansia attract a wide variety of night time pollinators, such as Luna Moths.

Condition: This product is one (1) young, starter-sized plant intended for a gardener to grow to its mature size. You may expect a starter-size plant to be well-rooted, have a root zone of approximately 4 inches in diameter, be a minimum of about 6 to 8 inches tall, and have no blooms or buds on arrival. It may be shipped with or without a pot, as appropriate.
