The Tropical Hibiscus Wally is a old heirloom Fancy Hybrid developed by Wally Broughton in the 1970s.

It produces very large flowers, often 8 to 10 inches across in medium yellow that blushes to peach on the outer edge with a soft white and rose pink throat.

The plant matures into a strong, vigorous, somewhat open growing 4 to 5 ft bush with glossy oval leaves . It is sometimes a little slow to flower and takes time to become established before reaching it's full blooming potential, but worth the wait, and an must have for the Hibiscus Collector.

The plant has a strong root system and can be grown planted in the ground in Tropical Climates. It may also be grown as a potted plant indefinitely.
