Silver Mound Lantana is one of our hands down favorites. The plant has a nice low growing round habit. Maximum height is about 12 to 18 inches but the spread is generally about twice the height; just a few plants will mature and fill a fairly large area.

Lantanas make gorgeous carefree mass plantings, are extremely versatile, and will work great in a number of applications. Mass plant them in single colors for drama and impact, in mixed colors for pop and interest, incorporate as filler and ground cover in mixed perennial beds to showcase larger plants and this one is well suited to cascade from raised planters and baskets.

Lantana camaras grow in many colors and growth habits. It is tough to find a plant that is more versatile and tolerant of abuse than the Lantanas. They will tolerate a number of less than optimum soil and environmental conditions and still deliver color and cover. They attract butterflies, and are a food source for them, but not a host plant (ie..no caterpillars).

Condition: One (1) Well rooted, starter size plant growing and shipped in a 4 inch diameter plastic pot. Plant will be a minimum of about 6 to 8 inches tall and unlikely to have bloom or bud at the time of shipping.
