Jane Cowl is an old registered Hibiscus rosa-sinensis hybrid introduced in the mid 20th Century. It produces medium sized densely doubled peach toned orange flowers .

The flowers are beautiful, but its best but often unacknowledged feature is tough, resilience, quick, upright, self branching growth habit. It is an excellent choice for mass planting, feature and anchor points, or outdoor potted patio or porch plants. with the recommended Zone Range of 9, 10, 11.

Plant in rich organic, acidic soil or potting media, maintain consistent soil moisture, monitor for common plant problems and treat as needed. Feed a good quality, bloom boosting fertilizer yearly in Spring. Prune after flowering to shape, build strength and branching.

Condition: This product is one (1) young, starter-sized plant intended for a gardener to grow to its mature size. You may expect a starter-size plant to be well-rooted, have a root zone of approximately 4 inches in diameter, be a minimum of about 6 to 8 inches tall, and have no blooms or buds on arrival. It may be shipped with or without a pot, as appropriate.
