Margurite is an old, heirloom hybrid tropical hibiscus cultivar that is seldom found in the commercial nursery trade or chain stores because it grows slowly and tends to bloom in cycles.

The flowers are medium sized, dense. and fully doubled and are a unique and unusual shade of purple to pink mauve. Tones and shades vary based on light, nutrition, temperature, and age of the flower.

The plant grows upright, with flexible branches that will weep over slightly when blooms get heavy on the terminal ends. Leaves are rounded, triangular ovals, in a medium olive toned green.

Condition: One (1) Well rooted, starter size plant w/ 4 inch diameter root zone. Plant will be a minimum of about 6 to 8 inches tall and unlikely to have bloom or bud at the time of shipping. May be shipped bare, wrapped root ball w/o pot.
